Pediatrician Opportunity in a Charming Upstate New York City

Location: A picturesque city located one hour East of Syracuse, NY, with a population of 35,000 and a local metro population of 300,000 in a 2-county area.
Job Summary: Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Pediatrician to join our team in a hospital-employed position. As a Pediatrician with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Base Salary and Benefits: A competitive base salary of $230,000, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $60,000 in loan assistance. WRVU production bonus available.
- Call Schedule: Shared call schedule at 1 in 5, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Must attend C-sections and deliveries, with the opportunity to participate in newborn rounding duties.
- Work Schedule: Physicians share newborn rounding duties and don't start clinic on those days until 10 am, allowing for a flexible schedule.
- Community: Located in a charming upstate New York city, with a strong sense of community and a growing medical community.
- Employment Type: Hospital-employed position, with full benefits and 30 days of PTO.
- Requirements: Must be Board Eligible/Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
- Work-Life Balance: Open to a 4-day work-week option if desired.
