Job Title: Orders/Distribution Specialist

Patriot Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Orders/Distribution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders for personnel distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage incoming orders for personnel distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track the status of orders throughout the fulfillment process and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders processed, including documentation of changes and adjustments.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with military and organizational regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as logistics, personnel management, and administration, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to orders and distribution, responding to internal and external requests promptly.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels related to personnel distribution and recommend reorder points as necessary.
  • Help coordinate the receipt and inspection of materials and supplies related to orders.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or miscommunication by collaborating with relevant parties.
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of order-related issues.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on orders and distribution processes and procedures.
  • Assist in developing training materials and documentation for operational procedures.
  • Generate reports on orders processed, inventory status, and fulfillment metrics for management review.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order fulfillment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards related to orders and distribution.
  • Participate in audits and reviews, providing documentation and information as needed.
  • Suggest improvements to current processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in order management.
  • Stay updated on best practices and new technologies related to logistics and order processing.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with military personnel distribution processes is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) background check.
