Scope of Work: This role encompasses broad support for base-wide projects and programs, crucial for our organizational objectives. The services provided are designed to enhance effectiveness in fulfilling mission areas, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancement and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Engage in high-level strategic and tactical planning to align with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses, report findings, and offer actionable recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in command teams, supporting business planning and contributing to organizational studies.

Qualifications:

  • Security Clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant business or technical field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis, preferably with significant experience in the U.S. Navy.
  • Prior experience in command operations is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers for computer operations.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision for computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be necessary.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
