Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our expanding water engineering practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading engineering design projects for water and wastewater treatment, sanitary sewer collection systems, and other related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Supervise mid-to-junior level engineers and project administration staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in water/wastewater engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Unifier, e-Builder, CM14, and P6 Scheduling Software.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
