Insurance Claim Rebuild Projects Estimator

Job Summary
United Water Restoration Group is seeking a highly motivated Estimator and Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing detailed estimates and supporting the day-to-day project management of insurance claim rebuild projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate estimates for new projects using Xactimate estimating software.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, material suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain open communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the restoration industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
- The estimated annual salary range for this position is $75,000-$105,000, based on experience.
