Maintenance Technician - Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Waterways Denver locations. This position is responsible for performing and coordinating all necessary maintenance of car wash systems and technology, as well as overseeing preventative maintenance schedules, safety and security compliance, facility appearance, and project management cost control at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, repair, and operate car wash equipment, convenience store, and security systems.
  • Monitor costs related to utilities, chemical use, parts use, and building and grounds maintenance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to non-direct report maintenance employees and store management.
  • Maintain building and grounds for facilities, including landscaping maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a technical field or minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance-related field.
  • Able to work a flexible 5-day schedule, including weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours.
  • Proven electrical experience with both low and high voltage systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is a plus.
  • Computer-proficient.
