Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend asset lifespan.
  • Leading a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • Coordinating with other departments to develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards through regular inspections and reporting.
  • Managing maintenance budgets and inventory to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with other departments.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
