Job Summary

The Product Validation Engineer will be responsible for productizing SiTime's revolutionary timing devices.

We are looking for passionate, self-starters who can work cross-functionally to ensure system-level performance of our products and help solve the world's toughest timing problems.

Responsibilities:

• Validate and characterize MEMS-based timing products.

• Collaborate with MEMS and circuit design teams to evaluate new silicon and recommend design improvements for enhanced performance.

• Design, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware to enable automated data acquisition and analysis.

• Develop and transfer algorithms to final test and production environments.

• Perform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues.

• Innovate and prototype system architectures and new technologies for next-generation products.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Strong, fundamental knowledge of mixed signal circuits.

• Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation.

• Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required.

• Excellent programming skills and prior experience with MATLAB and/or Python.

• Strong statistical analysis skills.

Base pay is one part of SiTime's Total Rewards Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
