Job Summary

The University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) is seeking a highly qualified individual to join the Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics as a Clinical Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in the Health Sciences series. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outpatient care and consultative inpatient attending services, assisting with the education of fellows, residents, and medical students, and participating in scholarly endeavors that will lead to academic promotion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
  • Assist with the education of fellows, residents, and medical students
  • Participate in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and presentation
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs and materials
Requirements
  • Board certification in Pediatrics
  • Board certification/eligibility in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
  • Three to six years of relevant experience in an academic or clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a diverse patient population
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
