Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business requirements and methodologies for process re-engineering.
  • Address application and process-related challenges by creating detailed process and system design specifications.
  • Collaborate with various business units to support a comprehensive solution approach.
  • Communicate business requirements for report generation and application development.
  • Facilitate collaboration within and across business units and IT functions.
  • Resolve issues and enhance the technical environments of business units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field. An MBA or MPA is preferred.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in business process re-engineering.
  • Five (5) years of experience in reengineering large-scale business processes.
