- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance markets, underwriting guidelines, submission procedures, and company products.
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with the department manager to coordinate expiration lists and gather renewal business information.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 3+ Years of experience in a related field.
- Professional Certifications
- Property & Casualty License required.
- Technical Skills
- Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred.
