About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Clerk to join our team at Jewel Osco. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive a prompt and positive experience at our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients to our pharmacy and assist them in picking up their pharmacy orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues alike.
  • Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Assist with tasks such as processing prescriptions, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
