The Cloud Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying new business prospects, establishing relationships, and engaging clients for USAN. This role involves gathering and assessing data on sales processes, staying updated on industry developments, and nurturing customer relationships. Reporting to the Head of Alliance and Partnership, this position plays a crucial role in managing our collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) while spearheading business development initiatives. Responsibilities include pinpointing sales targets, crafting engagement strategies for key accounts, and qualifying opportunities to enhance revenue growth. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about navigating complex sales cycles, merging partner management with business development in the ever-evolving cloud technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- AWS Relationship Management: Build and sustain robust relationships with AWS representatives, collaborating on joint projects and participating in partner events to foster mutual success.
- Sales Business Development: Identify target accounts and formulate comprehensive engagement strategies to cultivate relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Partner Sales Enablement: Design and implement sales enablement strategies to equip partners with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively market our products or services alongside AWS solutions.
- Account Mapping: Collaborate with internal teams and partners to identify and map target accounts, ensuring alignment of sales efforts and maximizing revenue potential.
- Opportunity Qualification: Assess and qualify sales opportunities generated through partner channels, utilizing insights into customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate partner performance metrics, sales pipelines, and other relevant data to identify areas for enhancement and drive continuous improvement of partner programs and initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment of partner activities with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong experience and interest in cloud technology, particularly AWS services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, account management, or partner management is essential.
