About the Role

  • Design, configure, and operate complete building control systems, including fire, security, and other low-voltage control sub-systems.
  • Develop complex software programs, commission, and troubleshoot to ensure proper operations of the building control system.
  • Provide detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in the construction or HVAC industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, and building automation systems.
  • Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.
