Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.

  • Assists with admission and discharge processes.
  • Participates in ongoing assessment of patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.

  • Average annual salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification within 30 days of employment start date.
