Key Responsibilities- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the customer base through various sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well-being.
- Proactive Sales Conversations: Drive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Lobby Engagement and Customer Loyalty: Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
