About the Role

PRS Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist- Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Management: Partner with hiring managers to identify personnel needs and develop job descriptions, create job postings, manage online postings, schedule interviews, and extend offers.
  • Onboarding Process: Organize and implement the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting new hire orientation, presenting benefit offerings, and providing a welcoming experience.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support for employees and managers, including resolving issues, and maintain accurate HR files.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, manage leaves of absence, and provide HR reports as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in HR improvement initiatives and metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role, with 3+ years of experience in recruiting/onboarding.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish required.
