The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and assessment skills, with the ability to work effectively with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants, contributing to their growth and development within the organization.
In this role, you will assess and document residents' status, report significant changes in their health, and coordinate care with community providers. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care possible.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in a warm and home-like environment
- Assess and document residents' status
- Report significant changes in resident health
- Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants
- Coordinate care with community providers
- Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies
Requirements:
- Current LPN license
- CPR certification
