Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Monitor and document resident progress, reporting any changes or concerns to supervisors
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on various health-related topics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements)
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
