Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing palliative care to clients in Merrimack, Hillsborough, and Belknap counties in New Hampshire. The successful candidate will work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team, performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as comfort care.

Responsibilities
* Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as comfort care.
* Monitor clients' conditions; follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
* Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
* Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
* Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
* Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
