Dedicated Clinical Care Program Supervisor
The Clinical Care Program Supervisor is accountable to the Treatment Center Director and oversees both administrative and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care.
- Supervise the treatment processes for all clients.
- Ensure that clinical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct comprehensive program evaluations, patient record assessments, and educational guidance concerning substance use disorders.
- Identify the training requirements of clinical and support personnel in collaboration with the Program Director and communicate these needs effectively.
- Guarantee adherence to Federal and State regulations regarding patient treatment.
- Participate in relevant conferences, meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Maintain a foundational knowledge of substance use disorders and stay informed on the latest developments in drug treatment.
- Facilitate intake and readmission processes.
- Provide follow-up communication to all patients post-discharge for a minimum of 30 days.
- Offer crisis intervention and supportive services as necessary.
- Prepare interagency reports and documentation as mandated.
- Conduct monthly individual and peer file reviews to ensure quality control.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive chart monitoring system.
- Engage in community outreach and public relations initiatives, including marketing efforts.
- Collect patient program fees as needed during clinic operations.
- Utilize computer systems and software to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.
- Build professional, supportive, and effective relationships with patients.
- Act as a team leader, delegating tasks essential for clinic operations.
- Represent the clinic positively and professionally within the community.
- Participate in and/or facilitate monthly in-service training sessions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with new patients within 48 hours.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Director and Clinical Director.

Qualifications:
- LADC with a Master's degree in behavioral health, and/or LCMHC is required.
- Relevant experience in the behavioral health sector, with a minimum of five (5) years in substance abuse and at least one (1) year in managing a substance abuse treatment facility.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and criminal background check.
