We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director of Primary Care and Outpatient Medicine to join our team at Spencer Britt. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the outpatient care and quality initiatives for our primary care services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and guide the outpatient care and quality initiatives for primary care services.
- Act as the direct clinical supervisor for outpatient medical practitioners.
- Facilitate office flow and address day-to-day clinical aspects.
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Minimum of 5 years of practice in outpatient primary care.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Competitive compensation package.
