Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineer

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying highly scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments for our customers using innovative automation tools and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement scalable Cloud Architecture with efficient cost optimization strategies
  • Set up and evolve the AWS cloud architecture, supporting infrastructure monitoring and alerting, troubleshooting issues, and developing required automation for our customers
  • Support large-scale migrations, build new cloud landing zones, and write infrastructure-as-code using modern languages/DSLs
  • Collaborate with architects on requirements and strategies for cloud-based solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, a technical field, or a related business discipline
  • 8+ years of experience within professional IT
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS services, optimizing for performance, scalability, and cost
  • 2+ years of experience with other Cloud platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of container technologies, including Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, Swarm, and Docker
  • Proficiency in scripting using at least two of the following: Bash, Python, Ruby, Go, or PowerShell
  • Strong foundations in Git and Git-flow methodologies
  • Extensive experience with one or more CI/CD platforms
