We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in a client office setting. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, collecting medical specimens, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood and other medical specimens from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information and specimen data into our laboratory information system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and laboratory operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist or in a related healthcare role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory setting and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)
