Job Title: Registered Nurse - Transplant Unit
Job Summary:
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Transplant Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing transplant procedures, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to transplant patients, including pre- and post-operative care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
- Participate in educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills in transplant care
Requirements:
- At least one year of inpatient hospital RN experience
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- License/Certification: RN – Registered Nurse, BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
