Position Summary:

The Real Estate Investment Analyst/Associate will play a pivotal role in our investment management team, engaging with various real estate asset classes and investment strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to assess and analyze potential investments, utilizing financial modeling and market research techniques.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and underwriting of prospective property investments and partnerships, evaluating both qualitative and quantitative factors.
  • Review and summarize market analysis reports, extracting essential insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums that detail potential joint ventures and real estate transactions.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's investment strategy and value assessments.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for client presentations and meetings.
  • Manage due diligence processes for ongoing transactions and partnerships.
  • Support the team in capital formation initiatives, including the creation of outreach materials.
  • Participate in ESG and DEI projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in investment management, banking, consulting, or real estate.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in financial modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Argus and Costar is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
  • High integrity and ethical standards, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
