We are currently seeking a professional Real Estate Specialist who will serve as a crucial intermediary between sellers and buyers. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing listings, providing guidance to clients, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 or above
