Position Overview

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials. This role requires a strong understanding of nuclear medicine practices and protocols.

Certification Requirements
  • NMTCB
  • ARRT
  • LA State License Rad Tech
Job Qualifications
  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine is essential.
  • Applicants lacking the required skills will not be considered.
  • Preferred expertise in Cardiology.
Work Schedule
  • Day Shift: 1 Supervisor, 2 Technologists
  • Night Shift: On-call responsibilities
  • Rotating on-call for nights and weekends

  • Staff Count: 3
  • Equipment: GE
  • EMR System: Utilized for patient records
  • Common Procedures: All Nuclear Medicine procedures in Radiology and Cardiology
