Job Overview

AlienVault is seeking a highly skilled Principal Solution Architect to lead our ServiceNow module stewardship efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding the assigned module, its data structures, and how it interacts with other ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify major cases where the supported ServiceNow module can be used, defining should or should not use cases and assembling internal experts to represent each case.
  • Collaborate with a team to define and document a baseline process for how the ServiceNow module will be used, ensuring all use-case specific processes are based on this base process.
  • Establish and document how tenants can use (configure, develop, etc.) the module with their projects, approving requests to modify from out of the box.
  • Contribute to the ServiceNow Front Door process by working with tenants and prospective tenants to determine the right fit and assist with solution of new use cases.
  • Identify and operationalize what needs to be done for the module, including identifying development/support team and staffing requirements.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years' experience in a technical role.
  • Master's of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Desired certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
