Role Responsibilities

The Aviation Fuel Operations Coordinator will oversee the administrative functions of the airport's fuel management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating fuel orders and tracking deliveries
  • Ensuring precise invoicing and billing for fuel services
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of fuel transactions and inventory
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and analyses related to fuel consumption and expenses
  • Collaborating with suppliers, airline clients, and internal teams to facilitate efficient fuel operations

Work Environment

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with a team towards shared objectives
  • Oversee fueling operations at the airport
  • Engage with fuel suppliers and airline partners for delivery coordination
  • Manage fuel inventory and place orders to maintain supply
  • Monitor fuel dispensing to aircraft and ground vehicles
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
  • Develop and implement effective fuel management procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English
  • Experience in administrative roles, ideally in aviation or fuel supply
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with fuel supply processes is a plus
  • Comfortable using computers and mobile devices
  • Must pass a drug screening
  • Eligible for necessary credentials and clearances
