Select Physical Therapy is currently seeking a skilled outpatient physical therapist to join our esteemed orthopedic team. Our practice caters to a wide range of patients, from adolescents to seniors, providing treatment for various conditions including general orthopedics, sports injuries, neurological issues, and amputee rehabilitation. This role involves providing coverage as needed for our existing therapists during periods of vacation, emergencies, or increased patient demand.

We offer competitive per diem compensation rates, ranging from $60 to $70 per hour, for work in our outpatient facilities. You have the flexibility to work in a single clinic or rotate among multiple locations, depending on your preferences. Schedules can be consistent or vary week to week based on your availability. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

• Comply with state practice regulations and adhere to laws governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Assess, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payers.
• Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.

• Graduate of an accredited American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License is mandatory.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience is necessary.
