Select Physical Therapy is currently seeking a skilled outpatient physical therapist to join our esteemed orthopedic team. Our practice caters to a wide range of patients, from adolescents to seniors, addressing various needs including general orthopedics, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and amputee rehabilitation. This role involves providing coverage for our existing therapists during times of vacation, emergencies, or increased patient volume.
We offer competitive per diem compensation, with rates reaching up to $70/hr. You will have the flexibility to work in one clinic or rotate among multiple locations, depending on your preferences. Schedules can be consistent on a weekly basis or vary according to your availability. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Compensation details include an hourly rate starting at $60.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $70.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities- Comply with state practice regulations and adhere to laws governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
- Complete all necessary corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
- Maintain respectful and open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and third-party payers.
- Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.
- Graduate of an accredited American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program.
- Valid state physical therapy license is mandatory.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is essential.
