Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled Pediatric Nurses to provide high-quality care to our pediatric patients and their families. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs, assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the LPN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.
