We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care.



About the Role

As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to medically fragile children in their homes, enabling them to grow and thrive to their full potential.



Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers


Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN license to practice in the state of Kansas
  • Current CPR certification
