Emergency Medicine Physician Leader

US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team as a Medical Director for our Emergency Department.
About the RoleAs a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Emergency Department in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration. You will supervise the Emergency Medicine staff, represent the department in the community and within the hospital medical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of the Emergency Department in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
- Supervise the Emergency Medicine staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
- Represent the Emergency Department in the community and within the hospital medical staff
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
The Emergency Department at US Acute Care Solutions is a 39,000-volume department with a 20% admission rate, representing 82% of hospital admissions. We offer a range of services, including Adult Internal Medicine Hospitalist Program, Inpatient Pediatric Services, Primary Stroke Center, and Telemedicine for Stroke.
