Experienced Physician Assistant for Internal Medicine Practice

We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to enhance our Internal Medicine practice. This full-time role is essential in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing positively to the health outcomes of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and support patient care processes within the clinical environment.
- Assist healthcare providers with a variety of medical procedures.
- Gather and confirm patient information within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Assess patient needs and liaise effectively with the clinical team.
- Ensure efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.
- Prepare patients for consultations and conduct necessary examinations.
- Uphold patient confidentiality while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient interviews and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Perform physical assessments and analyze diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose medical conditions and develop treatment strategies.
- Coordinate patient care, prescribe medications, and engage in clinical research.
- Offer patient education and preventive healthcare advice.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an Accredited Physician Assistant Program.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient clinics or healthcare environments.
- Proficient in EMR systems and bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $130,000 - $160,000.
- Paid Continuing Medical Education (CME), vacation, sick leave, and personal days.
- 401K matching, performance bonuses, malpractice coverage, and health insurance.
