Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Grand Resources is a family-owned oil and gas operator with leases in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana. We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory and Production Analyst to support our company operations with the retrieval, processing, managing, reviewing, and analysis of production data.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Interpret applicable federal, state, and local regulations and ensure compliance with such regulations.
  • Prepare and file required regulatory reporting, including County, State, Federal, and Governmental reports.
  • Prepare and file required Drilling Permits, Injection & Completion Reports.
  • Support, Train, and Develop the technical skills of the Department Team.
  • Create necessary Control Documents to track and manage projects.
  • Cultivate relationships between Grand and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain database and well files for operating and non-operating wells.
  • Balance monthly gauge reports and reconcile statements to run tickets.
  • Prepare Saltwater Disposal reports.
  • Coordinate spill reporting and remediation.
  • Maintain SPCC Books.
  • Enter data into local databases.
  • Monitor production data and allocations for accuracy.
  • Collaboratively work with field personnel to identify and correct measurement data acquisition, data entry, or allocation inaccuracies.
  • Enter monthly purchaser's statements for oil and gas sold into Production Database.
  • Enter lease gauges and volumes sold into Excel spreadsheet for reporting purposes.

**Requirements:**

  • Production Explorer/Field Direct database experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (strength in Excel a plus).
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational/interpersonal skills.
