Data Entry/File Clerk Position Overview

AHI Supply is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry/File Clerk to manage the billing activities of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for billing and posting customer invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless collaboration with our AR Manager and sales team.

Responsibilities
  1. Billing and Invoicing: Manage the billing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  2. File Management: Maintain a clean and organized filing system for invoices and other important documents
  3. Communication: Collaborate with the sales team to verify ticket processing and resolve any billing issues
  4. Accounting System Maintenance: Double-check data entry in the accounting system to verify accuracy
  5. Customer Service: Handle customer requests for invoice distribution and issue itemized invoices
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $31,000 per year, based on 40 hours per week and a potential hourly rate of $32-$50. Additional benefits include paid time off, holiday pay, 401(k) plan with employer matching, employer-paid life insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, annual performance reviews, and quarterly employee appreciation days.
