Key Responsibilities
  • Billing Inquiries Handling: Respond to customer inquiries related to billing statements, invoices, and payment methods.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments through various channels and ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of payments.
  • Customer Account Management: Update customer accounts with billing changes, payment arrangements, and account notes.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and solve issues related to billing, such as overages, late fees, and account adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and 2+ years' experience in an administrative or customer service role. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
