Your primary focus will be to assist the Safety Manager in upholding and enforcing safety protocols across all operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all activities and operations on-site adhere to established safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the execution of the Corporate Safety Recognition Program.
- Manage the distribution of certification cards for various equipment training and maintain accurate training records.
- Oversee and report on all vehicle-related incidents.
- Aid in the reporting and management of workers' compensation claims.
- Regularly update the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) manual.
- Compile and distribute various safety manuals.
- Support the organization and dissemination of safety meetings.
- Maintain records of signed attendance for safety meetings.
