Responsibilities
* Direct patient care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
* Technician duties: Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
* Building relationships: Develop long-term relationships with patients who are receiving treatment for end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others in need
* Comfortable working around blood and needles
* Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
