Overview

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, with benefits including Paid Time Off, Closed on Sundays, Discounts, and Health & Retirement benefits.

Job Description

As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for training to become proficient in all aspects of the business, acquiring and maintaining customers, driving store sales, managing customer accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, performing in-home delivery and setup, handling inventory management, account management and collection, retail sales and customer service, and meeting and exceeding target sales and profit goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have effective organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a High School Diploma or GED. You should also be able to routinely lift, load, and move merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly, and be able to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics.
