Dietary Cook

At St. Mary's General Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Cook - Dietary - Per Diem to join our team. As a key member of our food service department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality meals to our patients, staff, and visitors.

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established food safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
• Follow all hospital policies and procedures related to food safety and handling.

• Two (2) years of experience in food service, preferably in a commercial or institutional setting.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and ability to prepare meals accordingly.
• Current County Specific Food Handlers certification.
