  • Provide exceptional customer service to union members and their partners, explaining benefits and costs via Zoom.
  • Deliver benefit packages directly to membership, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Work with 85% of Oklahoma unions, providing supplemental benefits requested by members.
  • Collaborate with credit unions, such as Saint Francis Employee CU, Cherokee Strip CU, and Signature FCU.
  • Contribute to 33% growth and aim for 50-75% more growth in the current year.
  • Assist in doubling the size of our Tulsa and Springfield locations to handle workflow.

Requirements:

  • Driven with a desire to succeed and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently.
