Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team at Collabera.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Implement and maintain ITIL processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related IT experience
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures
  • Experience with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Jamf
  • Intune
  • Microsoft Office
  • Windows operating systems

About the Role:

This is a contract position with a direct client in Plano, Texas. The pay rate is $30 per hour.
