Position Summary

The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all areas, including exercise equipment, are kept clean and well-maintained while delivering exceptional service to members and guests.
  • Maintaining a presentable entrance and lobby area.
  • Cleaning and restocking locker room amenities.
  • Organizing and sanitizing storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
  • Keeping an adequate supply of towels available on the exercise floor.
  • Performing maintenance on all equipment.
  • Receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • Assisting with special events as needed.
  • Alerting the Housekeeping Manager to any immediate maintenance needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A clear understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Ability to service athletic equipment and familiarity with cleaning products and tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
