Job Overview

Maritime Chevrolet is in search of an Automotive Valet/ Porter/ Lot Attendant. The primary role of our Automotive Valet is to manage a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and servicing of vehicles.

This position requires daily interaction with product specialists, service managers, sales managers, support staff, and most importantly, our valued customers. At Maritime Chevrolet, customer satisfaction is our top priority.


Key Responsibilities:

- Uphold the Company Vision and Mission through professional conduct
- Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor
- Provide pick-up and drop-off services for customers
- Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles before returning them to customers
- Inspect vehicles for any stains, debris, or damages prior to customer return, and report any issues immediately
- Clean both the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
- Ensure the vehicle lot is organized and tidy, moving vehicles as directed in accordance with dealership display standards
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles to storage as needed
- Test batteries of customer vehicles in the service drive
- Maintain the cleanliness of the building and grounds as required
- Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when necessary

Job Requirements:

Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate machinery safely
- Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles
- Proven customer service skills
- Must possess a CLEAN, valid driver's license
