Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Business Development Specialist to join our team at Building Automation Products, Inc. (BAPI). As a Key Account Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for selling BAPI's HVAC/R sensors to customers, utilizing your technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in meeting their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Deliver Sales Presentations: Create and deliver professional and effective sales presentations to new and existing customers to promote BAPI's HVAC/R sensors.
  • Formulate and Propose Solutions: Develop and propose solutions to meet customer HVAC/R needs, utilizing your knowledge of BAPI's products and services.
  • Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Meet Sales Quotas: Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals, working closely with the sales team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Resolving Product and Service Issues: Resolve any product or service issues that may arise, working with other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's Degree, Trade or Technical School (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Experience: Three (3+) years' experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC/R industry (Required)
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word), Strong written and oral communication skills, Ability to work in a team environment, Positive attitude and desire to work in a team environment
