We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.


Responsibilities

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting physicians in performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures.
  • Reviewing and completing patient paperwork, including exam records, scheduling, and medical records.
  • Transporting patients to and from their rooms and ER.
  • Monitoring equipment for mechanical safety.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited program for Technologist.
  • MRI registry within 6 months from date of hire for MRI registry-eligible candidates.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital-imaging department.
  • 1 year experience in CT or MRI is preferred.
