Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Wireless Solutions Engineering Lead is responsible for leading a team of Solutions Engineers that support a team of sales professionals within the Enterprise, Small to Medium Business, State and Local Education, and Strategic sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in senior-level presentations to key customers, providing managerial involvement to help sales teams close key accounts.
  • Focus on Sales/Product strategies, including key initiatives of driving profitability and protecting and growing the Enterprise and Mid-Market account base.
  • Uphold strategic partnerships with business partners to effectively achieve company objectives.
  • Internal partnerships will include Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, and Training leadership teams.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 4-7 years Wireless technology experience with a broad understanding of product development, marketing, sales, and service models.
  • Prior Leadership Experience (Preferred)
